CLASSES

Currently all classes are open to beginners right through to advanced practitioners. No matter your fitness or experience we will cater to your needs!

Gi & NOGI Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

No-Gi BJJ, is a non-striking; sports based wrestling art. The central aim of submission ‘fighting’ is to either out score your opponent by adopting superior control positions or to force your opponent into submission via ‘Tap Out’ by utilizing joint locking or choke hold techniques. No-Gi BJJ classes will take you through various throwing, takedown and ground based grappling techniques that are performed without the use of a traditional Judo/Jiu-Jitsu ‘Gi’.

MMA/Wrestling

Our Mixed Martial Arts classes focus strongly upon technical skill and correct drilling of basic technique; so are suitable for any level of ability from both Beginner to Advanced . This also means we are able to deliver a complete MMA package that allows our members to gain knowledge, experience and skill in all areas of this combat sport.

This class covers the grappling aspects found in MMA such as take-downs, top control and escapes.

Muay Thai/K1 Techniques

Our striking classes focus on a mixture of Pad-work, Dutch style glove drills, technique drilling and touch sparring. We cover a variety of techniques found generally in Muay Thai and K1 kickboxing with an emphasis of a striking style geared towards MMA. 

Personal Training / Privates

We offer 1-2-1 and group Personal Training. This can be traditional gym based work; weight training, cardiovascular machines, circuits.

Additionally we offer private 1-2-1 or group training sessions for those who want to refine techniques learnt in class or improve on a particular area of their game.
